Fancy is a 16 yr old Racking mare that has produced color. She is foundation Racking Horse bred. She has a bald face, 4 white stockings and a belly spot. She needs a tune up to be gentle enough for a child. My son rode her when he was 13 yrs and he is now 17 yrs. She has not offered to buck once, she can be turned out and left alone only to return the same way. She belongs to my parents and father's failing health forces the sale of this mare at this time. About Conroe, TX
The city is named after Northern-born Union Cavalry officer and Houston lumberman Isaac Conroe. Conroe founded a sawmill there in 1881.
