Hungarian Mare for Sale in Racine, WI

Hungarian Wild Angel by H. Pajkos out of Arctic Princess (TB) . This elegant filly has lots of charm and is an "angel" to be around. She has been shown in - hand and done well including being champion filly / mare of the day. Angel is currently started under saddle and doing well. She would make a great event or hunter / jumper prospect. Angel has had some dressage training as well as jumping lessons. She has also been on several camping trips. Angel trailers well and has great ground manners. She is looking for her own special person so that she can spend more time riding and enjoying life. About Racine, WI

Native Americans inhabited the area of Racine for thousands of years. Artifacts that have survived include the burial mounds in what is now Mound Cemetery. Historians separate the natives living in the Root watershed at that time into Woodland people and Hopewell people. After European contact, the Miami and later the Potawatomi expanded into the area, taking part in the French fur trade. In November 1674, while traveling from Green Bay to the territory of the Illinois Confederation, Father Jacques Marquette and his assistants, Jacques Largillier and Pierre Porteret, camped at the mouth of the Root River.
