Flashy Felipe is a big, friendly OTTB looking for some attention. Owner teaches riding lessons and hasn't had the time to ride him that he needs. He has in the past been ridden in a parade with a novice rider, holding a flag no less! Not spooky by nature, is quiet with a calm rider but still loves to go when asked. Mostly ridden on the flat, minimal jumping experience. Not suitable for beginner students, needs an intermediate or more advanced rider to build his confidence and continue his training. Facility: Standard Indoor with mirrors/Huge Outdoor/trails on site that lead to more extensive trail systems off site. Automatic frost free waterers in stalls and pastures. Environment: Very active social group, non-competitive environment. Riding club, clinics, lessons, training available on site. Full lease to experienced rider only. $450/month. Full and exclusive use of horse, unsupervised unlimited riding. One required riding lesson per month ($50), willing to waive if requested after a few lessons to right person. Partial lease to intermediate/experienced rider only. $200/mo. Lease requires 4 riding lessons per month ($160). Shared use of horse. No supervision required for 4 additional rides per month.
