Friesian Stallion for Sale in Warrenton, VA
STUNNING 5 yr. old imported Friesian gelding with stallion presence. Superb pedigree, rides and drives, tons of potential in the show ring. Totally correct and gorgeous. Sweet, smart and willing; lots of mane and tail, gentle and great with kids, but needs an intermediate to experienced rider. He is meant to be a show horse! His movement is absolutely breathtaking. Approved by Friesian Societys in Holland for breeding, but was gelded due to owner not having a breeding program here in US. Must see this one. About Warrenton, VA
The settlement which would grow into the town of Warrenton began as a crossroads at the junction of the Falmouth-Winchester and Alexandria-Culpeper roads, where a trading post called the Red Store was located. In the 1790s, a courthouse was built in the area, and the location was known as "Fauquier Courthouse". The Town of Warrenton was incorporated on January 5, 1810, and named for General Joseph Warren, a Revolutionary War hero. Richard Henry Lee donated the land for the county seat. John S.
