Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Brazoria, TX
Lena is an 8 year old mare, I planned on sending her to the trainer for cutting but we have just bought a house and I don't have the time for her. She is a very stout mare with a nice chest and hip and nice low pasterns, she's 100% cow horse and her movement is very nice! She stands tied, stands for saddle and bridle, I can get on her and turn circles and back up. She flexes nice & doesn't buck or rear. She needs someone to ride her and teach more as I wouldn't consider her broke but she's a easy going horse and very smart. She would also be an amazing broodmare and throw some nice foals. She has never been bred. Her sire has earned over 60k! Her brother sold for 8k because he was fully broke and her price will go up with training! Serious inquires only. About Brazoria, TX
Brazoria was founded in 1828 on land granted by Stephen F. Austin to John Austin, who laid out the town. The town's name was selected by John Austin, "for the single reason that I know of none like it in the world". Supposedly, the first Masonic lodge in Texas was founded in 1835 when six men met under the Masonic Oak in Brazoria. The following year, the town was nearly deserted during the Runaway Scrape.
