Friesian Horses for Sale in Lima, OH

I'm In Search Of a Friesian and or a Morgan. Must be black. Must be Boom Proof, kid friendly, easy to handle. As it will be used as a therapy horse for my autistic grandson. And a pleasure for my wife. The horse must be black and of those two breeds because at his first therapy ride a Friesian being boarded there licked him on his head and that was a " happy touch " for him. Now that's the only breeds he'll identify with, since he reacts positively with theray, and insurance only pays for 1 hour a week, I'm trying to find him his own horse. We're familiar with the breeds. Please bare in mind that I'm not rich, while we are financially able to meet the needs of two or three horses we can't just pop up with a large amount for a dream price. Plus, please remember that whatever awards and trophies it earned with you, wount matter to me. I'm not breeding or showing, just therapy. So let's not talk about your show grades, just the one that didn't show but is still a good horse. Thank you for your time.

About Lima, OH

With the discovery of oil in Lima in 1885, Ohio began what came to be called the "Oil Boom of Northwest Ohio." Discovery actually began in Findlay, Ohio, a city forty miles north of Lima. The discovery of natural gas deposits there in 1884 led to national marketing efforts advertising free gas, as Findlay's business leaders tried to "boom" the town. In 1885, Benjamin C. Faurot of Lima was one of hundreds of businessmen who visited Findlay to see the seemingly unlimited supply of natural gas burning day and night. Faurot owned the Lima Paper Mill.
