Peruvian Paso Mare for Sale in Burns, OR
This beautiful big - bodied filly has incredible movement and gait! She
has no white, and a very defined dorsal stripe. Very Spanish looking,
most everyone here local thinks she is a Kiger Mustang, she has that
same classic look with same coloring. Has not had much handling,
but will readily eat out of your hand and allow petting on face.
Has lived on acreage entire life, so legs are strong and hooves are worn
naturally. This girl will make someone very proud, she is what a Peruvian
Paso should be. Has been exposed to my black stallion El Colerico so this
possibly can be a 2- in -1 package. Seller had a traumatic back injury
which prevents much work with horses, so must liquidate! Please view my

About Burns, OR
Archeologists have found evidence of human habitation in the general vicinity of Burns from as early as 10,000 years ago. Members of the contemporary Burns Paiute Tribe of Harney County, descended mainly from the Wadatika band of Paiutes, were hunter-gatherers throughout central and southern Oregon. The Wadatikas were named after the wada seeds collected as food from near Malheur Lake. Their territory covered about 5,300 square miles (14,000 km 2) from the Cascade Range to near Boise and from the southern Blue Mountains to south of Steens Mountain. Scattered in the 19th century by clashes with white settlers and soldiers and through forced removal to distant reservations, some of the Paiutes eventually returned to Harney County.
