Paint Gelding for Sale in Greenbrier, AR
12 year old grey paint gelding that rides in a hackamore. He is slow, you would really have to push him to go fast. Stands to saddle and mount, takes a bridle fine, great all black recently trimmed feet all the way around, neck reins, 15+ hands(haven't taken a tape to him). Current negative coggins. Papered with American Paint Horse Association. Does not offer and has not threatened to buck, bite, or kick. Takes fly spray, loads into any trailer all the way down to a 2 horse straight load. He has been pastured with no grain put to him. First to meet you at the gate. Friendly with chickens, goats, dogs, and cats.

About Greenbrier, AR
Prior to European settlement, Native American tribes, including the Quapaw and later the Cherokee, lived in the area. Several historical figures of the Wild West such as Jim Bowie and Jesse James passed through the Greenbrier region toward Oklahoma and Texas. The Wiley brothers settled near East Fork Cadron around 1818, about 8 miles (13 km) east of today's Greenbrier. In 1837, Jonathan Hardin settled near the Wiley settlement. Also in the early 19th century, the Casharagos settled north of Greenbrier in the present community of Republican.
