He has beautiful conformation and is completely bump, scar and blemish free, he has great legs, strong hooves and is 100% sound in every way. Charlie’s sire is a Friesian and his dam is a Quarter Horse giving Charlie the best of both worlds in pedigree and personality! Charlie Brown has a laundry list of of attributes and you would NEVER know he is a 3 year old if we didn’t tell you, he’s honest/kind and incredibly willing. Whoever gets to take this boy home will feel like they have hit the lottery, he checks all the boxes!!! He rides western, english, dressage and drives! Under saddle this boy is an absolute dream in any discipline you tack him up for. His work ethic is second to none and he’s so fun and uncomplicated to ride. I’ve been using Charlie for my lesson students and all the kids and adults love him, he has accommodated beginner riders and up and all riders remarked how lovely he is and how comfortable they felt on him. He is soft in his face, side passes both ways, turns on forehand, turns on haunches, has an awesome stop and soft back up and takes both leads easily, his transitions are wonderful and he always comes back down to a walk effortlessly and calmly. Charlie will neck rein and can even be ridden bridleless, he lays down and sits up on command from the saddle by just tapping his left shoulder with your foot. Under english tack he is a great equitation and jumper prospect, he has a gorgeous uphill movement and is a natural over fences. I’ve jumped him both in the arena and out on cross country and he would certainly make a nice eventer as well! He is brave and he has zero refusal in him. Charlie has a great leg yield and will move off the quarter line - travers and renvers easily off light contact and leg. Charlie has done obstacles and is easily guided through any new things you throw his way. He is easy to load and haul, he unloads quiet in new places and requires no prep work to be ridden off property. Out on the trail he will go over, through and up or down any steep grade you encounter, he will take the lead or follow behind and doesn’t mind horses riding up on him or being close beside him. He will go out alone on trail calmly and confidently as well, water/mud/rocky terrain nothing phases him. He stands patient to be groomed, bathed and tacked up as well as being harnessed. He has been driven out on the road and safely around traffic and through the field. He is great for the vet and farrier and has perfect ground manners, he’s also polite in the stall and easy to catch when in turnout. He is an easy keeper and requires no maintenance. Charlie’s personality has won everyone that has met him over, he’s so friendly and lovey and wants to be everyone’s friend. He follows you at liberty and will walk, stop and back up with you on the ground at liberty as well. I cannot say enough good things about this gelding he is truly a one in a million type horse. He can literally go in any direction and has a fantastic foundation in so many different areas already the possibilities are endless! Check out his video to truly appreciate his talent and demeanor, this is a horse of a lifetime! Benny Hall 814-979-2046. Everett, PA. About Everett, PA

Over 200 years ago, the sun pierced through the thick forest on a small Indian village and trading post known as Bloody Run, which was located on a wagon road headed to Fort Dusquesne in south central Pennsylvania. [ citation needed ] In 1787, Michael Barndollar purchased the land in this area, and laid out a town which was originally called Waynesburg. This name was never widely used and this small village was incorporated as a borough in November 1860, to be known as Bloody Run. While this name carries with it many interesting stories and much history, the name was changed in February 1873 to Everett. The Everett Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
