More information is available on the website, including an UTD vet inspection, Coggins, video, images, and the owner's contact information to ask questions, request information, or make arrangements to come to visit. Man, oh man, look at this gorgeous southern gal! Just like the month of June, this gorgeous palomino mare will make you fall in love at first glance. June is a big stout built 15.2hh TWH mare. June came from a family in Eastern TN who had owned her since she was a foal. They trail-ridden her religiously until she was about six and gave her a few years off to raise babies. After the last foal was weaned, they went right back to riding her, and she was the same sweet, honest mare she had always been. June is extremely good, gaited. She is like riding a sports car. She can ease along or move on down the road and every gear in between. She is a ball of fun to ride and so smooth! She rides out extremely quiet, not spookish at all. She is definitely a horse that likes her job. She will ride anywhere in a group as well. She is easy to saddle and bridle and will stand to be mounted. June is a great trail horse. She will ease right along and take her time down the trail. She crosses water, logs, and slick rocks without trouble. She is 100% traffic safe and is great around livestock and wildlife. If you are looking for that Barbie doll mare with all the hair, you won’t be disappointed in June!! Please feel free to give me a call or text with any questions or set up a time to come ride her.

About Brodhead, KY

What is now Brodhead was originally a stagecoach stop and drover's stable known as Stigalls Station. When the L&N Railroad reached the area in early 1868, a train station was established, and the town was given its current name. The town is believed to have been named for the contractor responsible for building the rail line in the area, or for Richard Brodhead, a U.S. senator from Pennsylvania.
