Arabian Gelding for Sale in Duluth, MN

There’s a story here so bear with me. This little unicorn dream pony came in this spring from a very less than ideal situation. With no place to go and the rescues full to the brim from an extra hard MN winter, Ollie entered our lives. He’s spent the summer rehabbing and being loved on. Check out how handsome he is looking now! I promise you, huge change from before. Now we get to enter the fun training portion of his chapter. Ollie is here at the farm currently in the process of being started. We have no way to know if he was ridden in the past, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he has because not much is bothering him as we go. We will continue with training the longer he is here, but he so deserves a person to finally call his one and only. Ollie is a grade Arabian gelding, vet aged about 12 years old. He stands about 14.3h. You’ll love his beautiful face markings! He could seriously be a model horse. Ollie has a brave personality and I could see him showing off in the ring or rocking it on the endurance field. He’s utd on all his vet work and now that the weight is on him, proving to be not so hard of a keeper. He spent some time alone so he’s loving having some pasture friends but has also learned that hanging out with his people friends is pretty great too. Ollie is currently located in Duluth MN. Asking one.five.zero.zero, with that to increase the farther he goes in his training. Because his new future would not have been possible without this rescue’s connection, a portion will be donated in Ollie’s name to Minnesota Hooved Animal Rescue, in hopes that we can help another pony in need as we get closer to those notorious Midwest winters again.

About Duluth, MN

The Anishinaabe, also known as the Ojibwe or Chippewa, have inhabited the Lake Superior region for more than 500 years. They were preceded by the Dakota, Fox, Menominee, Noquet and Gros Ventre peoples [ citation needed ], whom they pushed out of the area. Already established as traders, after the arrival of Europeans, the Anishinaabe found a niche as the middlemen between the French fur traders and other Native peoples. They soon became the dominant Indian nation in the region, forcing out the Dakota Sioux and Fox and winning a victory against the Iroquois west of Sault Ste. Marie in 1662.
