We are looking to lease 10 stalls in the barn and the land to a single
entity if possible for $850. There is a single wide trailer on site
with a single lady tenant who has 3 older horses. There are several
separately fenced areas with horse friendly fencing. The barn has a
tack room and 15 stalls, with 12 available.
The area is very quiet with friendly neighbors. Gainesville is 30 minutes
away and Ocala and the Ocala National Forest are also nearby and HITS
Ocala (Horse Show in the Sun) is about 40 miles away.
