Job arrangement will be rent free furnished barn apartment including
water and electricity in exchange for care and management of the
farm. Will consider boarding one personal horse. No stallions. No
pets inside the apartment. Experience with horses and small animals is
necessary. Duties are caring for four horses, two goats, four cats and
four dogs. The dogs and cats are on automatic feeders. Feeding, turn
in / out, cleaning stalls, grooming, bathing, fence maintenance, handy
work, etc. Being able to drive a tractor is a plus. Applicant should
be familiar with natural horsemanship training methodologies and have
an easy going temperament. Must be Honest, Drug - free, Reliable, and
Dependable. MUST have references of past employers and / or clients. Non -
Smoker a MUST. All applicants will undergo a background check.
