One Tempi Farm, 2215 Cooper Store Road, 6 miles off I -26, Summerville
exit. 14+ acres. 12x12 stalls with ceiling fans and rubber mats,
include twice daily grain, hay, turn - out in semi - private paddocks
or large pastures. Pasture boarders, fed twice daily, are kept in
grassy pastures, 2-5 acres, with 12x24 foot 3- sided run - in sheds
for shelter and wooded area for additional shade. Facilities include
a lighted 20x60 meter dressage arena, lighted stadium jumping course,
30 cross country jumps, conditioning track, miles of trails, round pen,
wash rack, separate boarders' tack room with fridge, half bath, trailer
parking. One Tempi Farm is owned / operated by an FEI Grand Prix dressage
rider, trainer and instructor and lessons are offered on your horse,
a dressage school horse or on an FEI level schoolmaster.
