Dairy Goat Expenses Comparison -- August 2011
Alfalfa stayed at $16.50/bale this month, and bermuda edged up
to 15.99/bale. We've started the goats back on bermuda due to
alfalfa's high cost. We also added two bags of MS timothy
pellets and purchased some Chaffehaye and carrots for treats.
Tax in our region is 7.10%.
