Paint Mare for Sale in Adairsville, GA

Beautiful blue eyed, registered sorrel overo mare.Lacy is 15hh. She is very gentle and seems to know when children are riding and will be very gentle with them on board. She picks up the pace a bit with an adult rider. She does not kick, bite. She is great for the farrier and loves attention. She is good riding with other horses and will ride in front or in back. She is pastured with our cows and loves and watches over new calves when they are born. I do no have time to ride anymore due to sons being involved in sports and working. Price for Lacy is $2000. Serious inquiries only. You may contact me either at 706-602-4325 or 678-767-0258

About Adairsville, GA

Adairsville used to be a small Cherokee village named after Chief Walter (John) S. Adair, a Scottish settler who married a Cherokee Indian woman before the removal of the Cherokee in 1838. It was part of the Cherokee territory along with Calhoun and including New Echota. After the removal of the Cherokees, the village became part of Georgia, and the residents kept the name Adairsville. One of the town's developers was William Watts, who had a railroad business interest in the town.
