Friesian Gelding for Sale in Harrisonburg, VA
Eko is a 4 year old gelding out of Beitske and Teade 392. He is a more compact Friesian with stunning movement. Registered with the top FHANA-FPS, he got an 8/10 (very good and better than some approved FPS studs) on his trot and a second preemie at the 2009 VA Keuring. Eko has the potential to do anything you want him to do… dressage, jumping, driving, and he is one of the few Friesians that could do endurance. He can be very personable, but is not lazy or slow, in fact, he is quite speedy for a Friesian. You can have the best of both, personable best bud mode and spunky let’s go performance mode.
His dam, Beitske, who we imported from the Netherlands, is an incredible mare that is intelligent, kind, and moves amazingly, out of Abe 346. These attributes she passes on to her foals.
