Missouri Fox Trotter Mare for Sale in Denver, CO

Scarlet is the most awesome horse ever! She is trained to lie down so you can mount her. She hardly ever spooks at anything and we have deer running around our exotic ranch, goats, zebras, antelope - everything you can imagine - and she does not spook at them.. Scarlet is a 6 year old registered MFTHBA curly mare that stands at 14HH. Scarlet would be good for advanced beginners and up. She is the same every time and does not get fresh if left off. She is good for the farrier and loads easily. She neck reins, moves off your leg, and stops from your seat. She is so light you can ride her in just a hay string! We have also shot .22 blanks off of her and shot an AK-47 right by her! This is one fabulous horse! Already a great trail horse but would also make a fabulous cowboy mounted shooting prospect, sorting prospect, field trial horse or playday horse! Scarlet is also a fantastic mom and has had two superb foals. Both palominos out of a buckskin tobiano. One was curly the other was straight haired. Scarlet is a rare find! It is estimated that only .025% of the world's horses are curly. Of those few only 10% are ALSO GAITED. Within the MFTHBA registry specifically there are only 90-100 curlies. Don't miss out on your chance to own one of the world's rarest horses! Who is also super broke to boot! She it UTD on shots, coggins, and teeth floating.

About Denver, CO

In the summer of 1858, during the Pike's Peak Gold Rush, a group of gold prospectors from Lawrence, Kansas established Montana City as a mining town on the banks of the South Platte River in what was then western Kansas Territory. This was the first historical settlement in what was later to become the city of Denver. The site faded quickly, however, and by the summer of 1859 it was abandoned in favor of Auraria (named after the gold-mining town of Auraria, Georgia) and St. Charles City. On November 22, 1858, [ contradictory ] General William Larimer and Captain Jonathan Cox, Esquire, both land speculators from eastern Kansas Territory, placed cottonwood logs to stake a claim on the bluff overlooking the confluence of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek, across the creek from the existing mining settlement of Auraria, and on the site of the existing townsite of St.
