He’s an absolute eye catcher, athletic, and muscled! This boy is ranch bred and foaled at the Froelich QH Ranch in Selfridge ND. He was brought to Indiana as a colt where he was trained and then sold in 2017 at the Great American Trail Horse Sale. Here is what Levi’s trainer has to say about him: “Levi possesses conformation and qualities that you can not train for. A soft eye that says I want to be with you. Trusting, teachable spirit makes him a joy to ride and train. Been on a lot of trails, very confident in entering creeks and covering rough terrain. Takes his leads, side-passes and has a good handle. Catch him anytime, anywhere. Levi’s quiet manners and his rocking chair lope make him a pleasure to ride.” Levi will ride out alone or in a group. Can be ridden with just a rope around his neck. Stands great for mounting. Ground ties. Can crack a whip off this boy! Side passes around obstacles. Stands on anything! Backs. Pulls tarps, pulls tires towards him and behind him, pulls a sled off a rope. Opens gates. Loads, ties, stands, shaves, bathes. Walks right in the trailer. Was learning to bow. Not aggressive with other horses. Not spooky! Levi will take you anywhere you want to go. Just point and go! Traffic safe, flag safe, ATV safe….you name it….he’s safe! Can stand in the pasture for a month and just go jump on and go! Sweet personality. Levi is an absolute puppy dog! He will follow you anywhere you want to go. Good in a stall or turned out. Easy keeper. He currently has front shoes but that’s because his owners were riding him on the trails on rocky terrain. Levi is up to date on shots, coggins, worming, farrier, dentist. I also have a vet certificate from April 2017. Levi is only for sale because his owners got back into riding earlier this year and after buying the LQ trailer, saddles, and the horses they’ve come to realize they just don’t have the time to ride like they thought so they are selling everything. They have had their children on this boy on the trail and he is an absolute gentleman with the kids. They’ve taken him on 3 day overnight camping trips and he did everything they asked of him!
