Percheron Gelding for Sale in Santa Ynez, CA

We are re-homing our two horses (preferably together) due to a lifestyle change that will require extensive travel. We are pleasure/trail riders and practice Parelli Natural Horsemanship. Hank is an 18-year-old, white/gray, ~16hh, Percheron-cross gelding. We purchased him in Mar 2011. We are not fully aware of all of his training before us, but his previous owner trained & used him as a dressage show horse. We have trained him to Level 2+ in Parelli Natural Horsemanship, to include trailer loading. He is most comfortable in an arena environment and is continually gaining confidence on the trail. He's big, loving, gentle, friendly and very sweet. We would recommend someone with prior riding experience. Attached are some photos. They currently live out on several acres in a herd at Rancho Oso in California’s Santa Ynez Valley. The price is negotiable. A great environment (with other “friends” to associate with, whether they are other horses or barn animals), a loving family, and practitioner of Natural Horsemanship are not. :) We would ask, if within a days drive or so, to see how & where they’re going to live BEFORE we agree to sell them to anyone. For any questions, further information, or to set a date to meet/visit/ride, please contact Krissy & Steve at doux.more@hotmail.com -OR- (831)233-0443 (we do not have texting). Thank you.
