Nice Gentle Big Black Gelding

Gentle Any One Can Ride 12 years old, Quarter Horse/Draft 16 hands weighs 1450 lbs. Awesome Mountain Trail Horse. He has been on several overnight trips in to the wilderness, I lead the pack string of horses and mules off of him and he will follow along as a pack horse if need be. Has been roped off of. Excellent cow horse, he has moved cattle from summer pasture to winter pasture. He has a very sweet disposition, willing horse, kind natured and will do whatever is asked of him. You can ride him out by himself. Crosses water with ease, goes over downfall and bridges. Walks out nicely on the trail, he has a smooth trot and excellent canter. He is easy to catch, easy to shoe. Samson has excellent feet, 4 black hooves. He loads very nicely and easily into the trailer, he has no vices or any bad habits. Works very nicely in the arena and round pen. He is well broke to tarps/plastic bags/flags and ropes all around him. He stays relaxed, focused on you, and works very nicely off lead and learns new skills very quickly and easily. He knows bending/flexing/yield the hindquarters. Good conformation. I am over 65 years of age and I enjoy riding him out on the trail. My grandkids also ride him. Must go to a good home. $4500 cash.
