Great 12 Year old Gelding

I'm currently selling my grandmothers 12 year old gelding. He is a really good boy and would make a kid or even someone older a great horse. If we have a beginner rider come over and ride we throw them on him and let them go. He has never kicked bucked or reared. Only selling him because my grandmother doesn't have time to ride him and we hate to see him sit. He has done barrels and gymkhana. He is great on trails, loads, ties, stands for feet, he flexes, even slide stops. We hate to sell him but it's not fair for him to just sit around. He doesn't have papers and he does have speed under him but only show it if he knows the rider is ready. He is bare foot always has been. Great feet and he is a easy keeper. He needs a job.
