Pony of the Americas Mare for Sale in Urbana, OH

“Lilly” is a very sweet and flashy POA mare pony. She is about 6 years old and is 13.1 hands tall. She has a very flashy and big way of moving. She is a natural over fences and has jumped to 3’ very willingly. She placed in all of her over fences classes at a very competitive county fair. She is working on her flying lead changes. She has had many trail riding miles on her and she has been ridden by young children and does great with them. She is a very fun pony to ride and has an amazing personality that is a joy to work with. Absolutely no vices, she ties, bathes, clips, and trailers with no problem. Would be great for an intermediate level rider. She won’t last long at this price! $4,300 to a good home. Please e-mail me for more information, video, and pictures. Thanks, Elisabeth

About Urbana, OH

Champaign County was formed on February 20, 1805 following the American Revolution and the Northwest Indian War. Colonel William Ward, a Virginian who had settled in the Mad River Valley with Simon Kenton in 1799, purchased 160 acres which he considered the logical and most acceptable site for Champaign's county seat. He approached the county commissioners with a proposition to locate the seat of the new county on this tract. Ward suggested that site to divided into 212 lots and 22 out-lots, half of which, selected alternately, were to be given to the county and while Ward would retain the remainder. Ward also offered two lots for a cemetery and a tract for the public square.
