Half Arabian Mare for Sale in Norco, CA
I'm asking $8,000 obo
A good home is a must!
I really just want her to have a good forever home!
If you have any questions please feel free to text or call me at the number above. (760-525-2***1)
I would love to answer ANY questions or tell you anything about her.
There is just too much good stuff to type!
I have had Twilight since she was born & our personalities are now clashing together; she will make a truly wonderful horse for the right person.
I am completely heartbroken & deeply saddened to have to sale her. But it is time for her to find her new forever home.
My beautiful, pure black mare just had a very handsome black bay colt in August & he will be weaned in January or February.
She is an excellent mother, one of the best I have ever seen!
Twilight is 15.1 & she is registered half Arabian (HAHA/AHA).
She is a true black! Her dam is a (ApHC) Appaloosa & her sire is a (AHA) Arabian.
Twi has no traces of her appaloosa side on her physically.
No appaloosa tail, mane, gums, eyes or skin.
She has absolutely no health problems & her feet are as black & solid as they come. She is barefoot & very sure footed. She had her teeth floated last May. She is up to date on everything.
Twi is an in your pocket, puppy dog kind of horse; warning she will take your hat!
She was halter broke by 6 months.
She was shown & won in open halter classes & trail in hand.
She was backed at 3 years.
She rides in a joint snaffle bit; western & English.
She is an amazing mover!
Twilight has a lovely posting trot & a nice, slow western pleasure jog; a very nice smooth, rocking horse lope & an amazing working canter.
She has been ridden out on trail with groups & just her & another horse.
She has been ridden dressage, English, western, poles and bareback.
She loves to jump! She absolutely adores jumping & ground poles.
She is an awesome lunger in & out of side reins.
She loves anything that makes her think.
She can & will go in any direction!
(English!) Dressage, English Pleasure, Hunter/Jumper, Jumping, Endurance.
(Western!) Western Pleasure, Gymkhana, Barrels, Reining, Trail, anything
She has been ridden by an 11, 14, year old & ages through 11-70.
She has crossed streets, crossed water & been through obstacles.
She has been around pigs, minis, hyper barking dogs, loud kids, special needs people, and much more.
Twilight has a really soft, light mouth.
She happily takes her bit & bridle and she isn't cinchie at all!
She is however still young & green.
If she spooks at something,(which is super rare) walk her over to it & let her touch it & when she figures out it's not gonna eat her she is perfectly fine. She needs to see the whites of your eyes. She is super sensitive to everything you do & think. You change your expression, she changes her mood.
You MUST sign anti-slaughter and anti-auction papers.
And I ask you to please send pictures & updates of her.
She comes with her rope halter, leadline, lunging cavesson, dressage saddle, her english bridle, 3 of her bits, 4 of her english saddle pads & her western show blanket. (And anything else I buy her from now until she finds her new home.)
