Thoroughbred Mare for Sale in Dayton, OH
Bailey is a 9 year old TB for sale due to owner going to college. She
has been trained for eventing and has had gone cross country schooling
several times. Has done banks, ditches, water, ect. She moves like
a warmblood on the flat and always scores well at all gaits. Very
agreeable when in work but needs a very experienced rider because she
can be spooky. Has the potential to due the upper levels! She just needs
someone who has the time to work with her more than I can.
About Dayton, OH
Dayton was founded on April 1, 1796, by 12 settlers known as the Thompson Party. They traveled in March from Cincinnati up the Great Miami River by pirogue and landed at what is now St. Clair Street, where they found two small camps of Native Americans. Among the Thompson Party was Benjamin Van Cleve, whose memoirs provide insights into the Ohio Valley's history. Two other groups traveling overland arrived several days later.
