RJ is a good-natured horse who loves attention. When he arrived at BEHS, he had not been handled much but he has come a long ways since then. He is easy to catch in pasture (if he does walk or trot off, he stops when you call his name). He spent the summer with a trainer. They worked on ground work, and she sat on him a few times. He bolted whenever the rider had a leg on each side of him, though, so she withdrew from the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge.
