2005 Athletic APHA Gelding

Chevy is a 15.3hh solid bay. His registered name is Tucker’s Smoking Gun under APHA. He is 12 years old and is seasoned as a mounted shooter and won several championships. He was used for over 5 years as L1 and a backup for L2-4 but has plenty of speed to be someone’s main horse as L4. He loves to work cows and has professional cutting training as well as cutting bloodlines. Lightly started on gaming patterns, would excel as a barrel horse with more work. Side passes, backs, pivots on all 4, collects. w/t/c on loose rein, has a slow lope and jog but easily speeds up when asked. Quick in his turns and has more speed then you’ll ever need. Would be good for drill, grand entry, and rodeo. Has been used on trails and did great. He was used for in hand obstacle relay in WAHSET and did great. He scored the most points on his team and they placed third at only their second meet ever against horses that have been doing this for years. Ties, loads, hauls, bathes.
