10 Year old Bay Oldenburg Gelding

I have a ten year old bay Oldenburg gelding that I would love to keep although I can not afford sadly. Charlie stands about 16.3" and comes with tons of personality. He is a very easy keeper and requires low maintenance when he is not being worked every day. Charlie used to be a jumper until he developed arthritis in this left knee. I have had Charlie since October and he has been an awesome horse for light riding/hacking/trail riding (HE LOVES TRAIL RIDES) although I do feel with proper joint injections he would be capable of lessons over small cross rails /2/2'3 ft fences with a more experienced rider to make his job easier on him. He would definitely be capable for lessons involving flat work or hacking. I am looking for someone who will keep him on pasture/24 hour turnout because of the arthritis as that will not allow him to get stiff. Charlie is pigeon toed although when I got him in October he was not due to corrective shoeing but since he was in pasture over the winter all shoes came off and this has not affected him in any way. He has a noticeable blemish on his inside hind leg, which has no affect on his as well. Also he is registered but I do not have his papers, his registered name is Cast Away. He is beautiful and floats when he moves. The video below is from a few years ago.
