I have forgotten my User Name and Password. What can I do?

Why can't I login when I enter my User Name and Password?

1. Are you sure you are registered?
If you are not sure you are registered, please click here to register.

2. If you are sure you have registered
Please double check that you are typing in your User Name and Password correctly. Our system is cAsE sEnSiTiVe, so please remember if you used capitals in your User Name and Password. Click here to try again.

3. Still having problems?
Please email us and we will look into it. Please tell us the login name, password and email address you have registered with us.

Why didn't I get my verification email?

HorseWeb sends verification email when you first register, when you place, edit, or delete an ad and when an ad expires. If you are not receiving these emails, you may have registered with a different email address. When you login, your registered email address is displayed at the bottom of the webpage.

How do I change my email address?

1. Please login first.

2. Once logged in, Click on "Click here to change you registered email address or password." This link is near the bottom of the page in the "Connecting Information" block.

3. On the Change Registration Information page, update your email address and click "Continue" to register the change.

How do I change my password?
