Veteran USET Driver Nancy Johnson Ranked
Fourth On The FEI/
Kuhnle Singles Driver Award Rankings

Gladstone, NJ—October 9, 2001- The United States Equestrian Team (USET) is
proud to announce that Nancy Johnson of Lincoln, MA is ranked fourth on the
Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI)/Kuhnle Singles Top Driver Award
rankings following her win at CAI-A Gladstone, September 21-23.
Ranked ahead of Johnson, is Germany’s Dagmar Tedter’ in first place.
Belgium’s Andre Herman is second while the 1998 World Champion Arja
Mikkonen, of Finland, is third.
Last year, Johnson was chosen to be a member of the USET team of drivers to
represent the U.S. at the World Singles Championship. That same year, she
also swept the field of drivers at the 2000 Live Oak Combined Driving Event,
in Ocala, FL by winning the dressage, marathon and cones course. She is
coached by five-time USET Pairs Champion, Larry Poulin.
The United States Equestrian Team is the non-profit organization that
selects, trains, equips and finances equestrians of the highest possible
standard to represent our country in major international competition,
