Dressage Committee Selects Competitors for
2002 USA Junior Dressage Team Championship Presented by Cosequin

The USA Equestrian Dressage Committee has selected the competitors for the
2002 USA Junior Dressage Team Championship to be held August 15 - 18, 2002
and hosted by Dressage at Devonwood in Portland, Oregon. This event, now in
its 6th year and proudly sponsored by Cosequin, showcases some of the most
talented young dressage riders in the country today. This event has again
been designated as a USA Junior Olympic - Equestrian event. After a record
49 Applications of Intent were received, 37 riders were able to fulfill the
selection criteria during the year-long qualifying period. The top five
scores for each horse/rider combination were averaged to determine the final
placings. The top twelve riders and two alternates are listed below:
