Glenstern and Oded Shimoni Win the FEI Grand Prix Special Saturday

Wellington, FL – February 16, 2003 -- The Florida Dressage Classic on
Saturday had some very high score performances. Oded Shimoni, from
Israel, won the FEI Grand Prix Special with a score of 69.933% riding
Glenstern. Robert Dover is quoted as saying that “Oded’s performance in
the Grand Prix Special was brilliant”. In second place was Kathy Priest
with It’s Me H with a score of 63.667%.
In the FEI Intermediate I 2002, Josien scored a 71.250% with Jans Brons
up. This very good class had 20 horses and riders with the lowest score
in the class being 59.500% -- all had good scores.

Tickets to the Winter Equestrian Festival are available by phone at
793-JUMP or at the gate. Admission is free on Wednesdays. Children 12
& under are free all days. Senior admission is $5 every day. Adult
admission is $5 on Thursday and Friday, $10 on Saturday, and $15 on
Sunday. Parking is free.
